"So, where are the vamps B? I wanna get this over and done with so I can go into a club somewhere and get insanely drunk." Faith looked around, her senses alert. "Wanna come with me? If we get out of here in time, before the clubs close, and at this rate it doesn't look likely."
"Nah, I'm not in the partying mood today. Not sure why, just not feeling like I want to go anywhere." Buffy answered truthfully. "Where *are* the vampires?"
"Yunno what? They're probably waiting for us around the next tomb, that wouldn't surprise me." Faith laughed.
"Don't say that Faith. It's bad luck."
"You're not suspicious?! Come on B!" Faith laughed at her.
"Really Faith, you have to be when you're trying to fight demons which parents use to scare little kids against doing bad things. Thing is, the parents don't know that what they're saying is probably 90% true." Buffy looked back, making sure they weren't being followed.
"Whatever, still. What say we ditch this and go find us a joint which doesn't question our age?" Faith asked, smiling.
"15 minutes, Faith, then I'll consider it." They began to head down a slope in the cemetery. Without warning a large crowd of vampires appeared down the bottom, they edged out of the trees.
"Uh-oh, mass group, B. We need back up."
"No time, F. We can't leave this." Buffy was already beginning to run down. Bad idea, Faith thought, but she didn't press the matter.
They began full battle mode, not taking pleasure out of kicking the shit into them just going into survival mode. Amazing they had almost half of the vampire in a pile of dust when one of them whipped out a gun. Buffy saw it first. He raised it and aimed. Buffy followed his aim.
"Faith!!!!" Buffy screamed, thrusting a stake into the chest of the female vampire who was trying to pull her hair. Faith delivered a roundhouse to the vampire she was fighting, then punched out a right hook to another, who was approaching her. She spun around.
"What?!" She screamed, Buffy didn't get time to reply. If she had tried to the gun shot blast would have muted it. Faith turned quickly, then grunted as she took the bullet full on her stomach. Her mouth dropped open and she uttered a single agonised cry, her hands clutching her stomach. Everything stopped, even the vampires began to back off. Buffy sprinted over to the brunette who had fallen to her knees, the blood was beginning to seep through her fingers.
"Faith?! Oh my God... Faith..." Buffy fell to her knees in front of the younger Slayer. She began to cry, her hands cupping her face and holding her shoulders.
"Buffy... pain..." Faith tried to speak, her face crumpled up in pain and she began to cry too.
"Shush... you're gonna be ok, just don't try to talk." Buffy looked down and saw that the blood was running over her fingers and onto the grass. "Shit, Faith... the blood... oh God..."
Faith fell onto the ground, her hands fell away from her stomach. She raised her hands up to her face, she stared at all the blood. "I'm gonna die..." She began to cough hard, Buffy looked horrified as she began to cough up blood.
"No!" Buffy shouted, the sobs wracking her body as her mind obviously thought otherwise. "Help!" She screamed, trying to get anyone's attention. "Help!!" She collapsed back down beside the brunette, crying harder. She lifted up Faith's upper body, holding it to her own. She felt the blood seep through Faith's clothes and into her own.
"B!" Faith choked.
She pulled away looking into Faith's glazed eyes. "What?"
"You know the only way you're gonna be able to save me, don't you?" Faith shook and cried out, clutching her stomach. She coughed up a lot more blood this time.
"No, Faith. I won't!" Buffy held her tighter. "There's got to be another way!"
"There's one behind that - shit... I can't..." Faith cried out again, the tears pouring down her face, mixing with the streaks of blood. She doubled up on the grass, her hands pressing against the gun shot wound. She vomited. Buffy gasped, realising it was all blood.
"Where?!" Buffy realised it was the only way.
"... gravestone..." Her eyes slipped shut.
Buffy ran over to the nearest gravestone, a vampire sat shivering in fear. "Don't kill me, please! It wasn't my idea... I didn't plan it." He was a puny little shrimp of guy.
"I need you for a second." She grabbed him by the collar of his shirt. She threw him down beside Faith. "Give her some of your blood."
At that point Willow came running towards them. "Buffy!! No!! What are you doing??" The realisation dawned on her as she looked down at Faith's bloody form. "Oh my Goddess... the blood..."
"It's the only way Wills, she's gonna die otherwise." She looked down at the brunette, her lips were turning a frightening shade of blue. The vampire looked up in fear.
"Buffy! She's gonna become a vampire!" Willow said exasperatedly. "You haven't thought this through."
"There's no time to think it through. She's dying Willow, it's the only way I can save her, you can restore her soul. Look at Angel!" She grabbed the vampires wrist and cut across the vein, the blood began to pour out. She held it to Faith's mouth.
"Buffy! No!" Willow screamed, she lunged at the blonde. "It's better if she dies! It's better for her!"
"No Willow! Leave it! It's her decision and she made it!" Buffy shouted at her, her vision blurred because her eyes were swimming with tears. The vampire pulled his wrist away, he looked up at Buffy.
"That's enough, if it's not too late. It should do." He stood up. Buffy grabbed his collar and pulled him to her.
"What do you mean? If it's not too late?"
"Well, she's dying... I just hope she swallowed some of the blood." He pulled out of her grasp. "Can I go?" Buffy pushed him and he ran away. She looked back down at Faith, the brunette was making a feeble attempt at coughing. Buffy sat astride her waist, she held her upper body in her arms and buried her head in her hair.
"I'm sorry Faith... I'm so sorry... I wish it didn't have to be like this." She whispered into her ear. Faith's eyes rolled around in her head, she sighed and her body went limp. Buffy began to cry harder, holding her tighter. She pulled back slightly, tears streaming continuously down her face. She brushed her lips softly against the younger girls. "I loved you Faith... I really did..."
******
"Where are you keeping her body?" Giles asked, patting Buffy on the back. Trying to comfort her.
"It's been buried."
"Really?"
"Yeah, they didn't have to do an autopsy or anything. They said it was clearly a gun shot wound so there was no need to open her up."
"Who paid for the burial?" Giles handed her a cup of coffee.
"Sunnydale tax money, I guess." Buffy sniffed.
"Is she going to rise?" Willow asked, holding Buffy's hand.
"I guess so. I have to wait by her grave for the next few nights." Buffy sipped the coffee. "Can you guys do a re-souling spell that you did for Angel?"
Willow and Giles looked at one another. "Yeah... are you sure that's a good idea though?"
"Of course! What other way can we save her?" Buffy looked up, her eyes wide.
"Well, you could... um... stake her..." Giles said, looking awkward.
"Why?! She deserves a chance!! Please! She's good... she'll be like Angel and help us!" Buffy stood up, the cup spilling slightly.
"Faith was never very good Buffy, even when she was a Slayer, she was never the most reliable person." Giles stood back from Buffy. "How can you be sure that giving her back her soul is going to make a difference?"
"Because I know!!" Buffy's eyes began to fill with tears. "Please... guys... please..."
"If it goes pear shaped and she's more trouble then good, I want you to stake her." Giles held Buffy's shoulders. "Do I have your word?"
"Yes." Buffy nodded. Giles turned to Willow.
"OK, lets get ready."
**
"One Slayer, she is the chosen one. Chosen to kill you. She is bad, you have to kill her before she kills you. She kills you, it means you're dead. This is your second chance to make things right in the world. You don't want to waste it. You have to make more nosferatu, more like you, to fight in the a battle your fighting."
Images of blood crossed her vision and she felt her face change, new bones pressed against her forehead. Her hands shot to her face and she cried out, writhing in a weird kind of pain inside her coffin. It was like, constant pressure. It made her feel more excited.
"It feels weird at first, but you get used to it." The voice in her head spoke again.
Then a new kind of pain shot through her as her new elongated incisors came through her top gums. She bit back from screaming in pain. Her hand went to her mouth, she cut her palm on the sharp teeth. It wasn't just her incisors changing either, it was every tooth. Sharpened, carved to look more threatening. She ran her tongue along them, feeling the sharp points press into it.
"You have to bite humans necks to survive, drink their blood. You stay alive that way. Stronger and warmer after you drink."
Images of necks crossed her vision, she could feel her mouth almost salivating at the site. She got so excited listening to the voice, telling her how to survive. When he explained more about the Slayer images of Buffy crossed her vision.
"She is exceedingly strong, you have to kill her. Bite her neck, make her one of us. We'll become stronger, she'll be one of our greatest assets, like you are."
His voice went, until he told her she was ready to face the world.
**
Buffy leant against the gravestone, Faith's name was carved into the stone. Her date of birth and the date she died. Then at the bottom was - She Will Be Missed. Guess that was cause she didn't have any family, they couldn't carve stuff like - Beloved Daughter. This was the second night waiting by her grave, waiting for her to rise. There was a sickly feeling in the pit of her stomach, which was nagging her, telling her that Faith might not rise. She tried to ignore it, but it was growing.
She jumped up and down, she'd been waiting here for more than three hours and her legs were stiff. "Faith... come on, prove them wrong. Rise for me." As if on cue, she heard scraping and scrabbling against the surface. Suddenly a hand burst through the surface. Buffy reached down and grabbed it, pulling her out. Faith fell to her knees, coughing out dirt. She spat out a lump of dirt, she was still on her knees, the hair covering her face.
"Faith...?" Buffy raised her eyebrows.
Faith's head snapped back, looking up at Buffy. The blonde Slayer gasped. "B?" She smiled, her mouth pulling back and revealing her long incisors.
"Oh my God... Faith?" Buffy's grip tightened on her stake, a sudden feeling of fear hit her as she realised the spell might not have worked and she was going to have to kill Faith.
******
"Faith, is that you in there? Or am I gonna have to stake you?" Buffy stepped back, her grip tightening on her stake. "It's me B. But, Goddamn it! I'm so hungry!" Faith shook her head, dirt flying out of her hair. "And I need a shower."
"Faith, I don't believe it's you in there, sorry." Faith looked up in surprise and was met with Buffy's foot kicking her face. Her head snapped back and she fell to the ground, out cold. "Sorry." Buffy said again, frowning. She picked her up and slung her over her shoulder. She headed to Giles.
**
"What do you mean?" Buffy stood with her hands on her hips, an angry look on her face.
"We didn't do it." Willow repeated, glancing nervously at Faith's stirring form on the sofa.
"Why not?" Buffy glowered at her.
"Because, we wanted you to stake her, but now that you haven't I guess we really should do it." Giles walked in to the room.
"Yeah, you really should do it, or you'll have an angry Slayer to deal with." Buffy mumbled, sitting beside Faith on the sofa.
"Hey Buffy, calm, it's only Faith." Xander put in, trying to be helpful.
"It's not *only* Faith, Xand, she's the only one who actually understands me." Buffy said. "You have to be able to understand that."
Giles went to get the materials and Willow cleared the floor in front of the sofa. Giles came back and they started doing the spell. When they had it completed Faith shot up into a sitting position on the sofa. "Buffy?!" She cried. "What's happened to me? Oh my God... no way..." Her face vamped and she screamed, her hands going up to her face.
Buffy wrapped her arms around Faith, pulling the younger girl into a tight embrace. "Shush, Faith... it's ok... remember what happened. This was the only way..."
Faith pushed her away. "Why didn't you stake me? I'm so hungry... jeezus! I can't think about this!" She looked around. "Red? Giles? What are you doing?"
"We just restored your soul, Faith."
"Oh." There was a pause. "Thanks, I guess."
Giles coughed. "Seems as thought Faith didn't have anytime to do any bad things, hence the reason she's not in shreds like I imagine Angel was when it happened to him."
"He also did eat half of Europe." Faith said.
"How did you know?" Buffy looked at her.
"Lets say I had a briefing session when I was in the coffin." She held up her hands, the nails were torn and worn down. They were all dirty and bloody. "I had to make my own way out of that coffin. It was wicked hard and painful."
"What do you remember?" Giles asked.
"I remember climbing out of the grave and someone pulling me the whole way out. Then I looked up and saw B. I really wanted to bite her... " She looked up at everyone's shocked expressions. "Sorry, but I really did. I still do, but now I have morals, thank you very much."
"No, of the... so called 'briefing'." Giles sighed.
"Oh, I dunno. Stuff. Like who the Slayer was and shit." Faith stood up and stretched, her bones popped in a couple of places. "Oh my God! I can't go out in daytime! What the hell am I gonna do? This sucks big time."
"I need a drink." Willow mumbled and stood up, walking out of the room. Xander nodded. "Ditto."
"Where am I gonna stay? I have to eat... oh man, I'm starved." Faith moaned, clutching onto her stomach. Buffy walked over to her and lifted up her top. "Hey, B, if you wanted to undress me, you could've at least asked."
"It's gone... there's the faintest little scar and that's it." Buffy ran her fingers over her stomach. Giles came over and looked.
"B, that feels kinda hot..." Faith whispered into Buffy's ear. "Wanna let me show you what makes you feel hot?" Buffy looked up and shot her a look. She didn't like to admit it, but she liked the look of desire in those dark brown eyes.
"Remarkable healing powers." Giles commented.
"Great. I need food. Any ideas of where I'm gonna get it?" She tore her stare away from Buffy's neck. The blonde was still examining her stomach.
"Yeah, Angel." Buffy said.
"Oh Buffy, forgot to tell you. Angel said he's gone to LA to check out something up there, he's not here. Sorry." Xander popped his head around the door.
"Hospital deliveries aren't until next week." Buffy added. "I'll think of something. Faith, you're staying at mine for now. We'll figure out what to do about the blood."
"Sure thing B." Faith winked.
"I'm going now, so I can sneak Faith into my house before Mom comes home from work." Buffy grabbed her coat and marched to the door. "You coming Faith?"
"Oh yeah!" Faith ran after her.
**
"So B, where am I gonna get this food? I can't live for a long while without it. I'll die, painfully." Faith walked with the Slayer.
"I dunno, Faith. I'll think of something don't worry. If I have to break into the hospital blood banks I will." Buffy walked up her driveway.
"Thanks B, what you're doing... it means a lot." Faith shoved her hands in her pockets and looked up at Buffy, smiling.
"It's OK Faith. I feel I should do this anyway. It's my fault you're like this." Buffy took out her keys.
"No, B. No don't say that! You didn't have a choice. It's this or death. And I definitely prefer this." Faith put her hand on the blonde's arm. Buffy sighed and her shoulders slumped.
"No Faith. I didn't call for back up. You told me and I was too high-almighty to realise that we weren't as great as I thought we were. Admit it Faith, if it was you alone who had gone down that night, things would have ended up differently. Most importantly, you would have still been alive." Buffy closed her eyes tightly, preventing tears from escaping.
"B, come on. This was fate's dealing."
"What?"
"It was supposed to happen. All things happen for a reason, B. You can't control what's written." Faith smiled. "Come on, lets go in."
"Yeah." Buffy unlocked the door and Faith followed her in.
*Bang*
Buffy spun around. Her eyes widened in surprise then realisation as she saw Faith on her ass in the porch. She stood up with a hurt expression on her face, rubbing her ass. "Man, B! This really sucks."
Buffy tried not to laugh. "Sorry Faith. Come on in." Faith looked at the door with a weary expression on her face.
"Damn door." She glowered, gingerly she put one foot forward. When it didn't get rudely pushed back she stepped the whole way in. She sighed in relief. "Thought I was gonna get thrown out again." She looked at Buffy. "You're laughing, how can you be laughing?? This isn't funny!"
"Sorry Faith, it's just... seeing you on your butt, with that expression on your face. It was funny." Buffy bit back more laughter and walked into the kitchen.
Faith glared after Buffy. "I'm a vampire now, and I can bite you. You better be careful what you laugh at!" She warned with a mock serious expression on her face.
"Oh, I'm so very scared of the big bad Faith vampire." She pouted. "You don't scare me Faith. I'm a Slayer, I stake you."
"Would you?" Faith asked, seriously.
"If I had to... then I guess I would." Buffy admitted. "But until then. I won't. Just as long as you don't bite me."
A car door slammed.
"Shit!" Buffy hissed. "Run! Upstairs to my room and stay there till I come up!" Faith sprinted out of the kitchen and up the stairs, she'd barely turned the corner when Buffy's Mom walked in the door.
"Hi Mom!"
"Buffy, are you OK? You look a little pale." Joyce put a hand to her daughters forehead.
"Guess I'm still a little shook up over Faith, and all." Buffy looked down at the floor.
"Her death must be a shock to you, I'm sure you'll get over it soon enough. These things take time, honey. And you have to take it one step at a time." She pulled her into a tight embrace.
"I know Mom." Buffy wrapped her arms around her mother.
"How bout you help me make the dinner?" Joyce pulled back, holding Buffy by her upper arms.
"Sounds great."
They walked into the kitchen.
*****
Faith flopped down on Buffy's bed, her eyes slipped shut. This was definitely not what she expected to happen. Her; a vampire, with a soul, hiding in Buffy's room. If someone had told her this was gonna happen a week ago, she would have laughed in their face. She still had a horrible pain in her stomach, it kept clutching at her insides. Like a monster cramp. 'Whoa, cool... I won't have to worry about my period every month now. Cool!' Faith thought. 'One major thumbs up about being one of the undead.'
Her senses and smells were heightened as well. She rolled forward and buried her face in Buffy's pillow, she breathed in deeply, Buffy's smell and the shampoo she used filled her nose. Well one thing was for sure, vampires didn't lose their sex drive. If anything, it was heightened. She sat up and walked over to Buffy's dresser. She glanced in the mirror, then took a double take as she realised there was nothing there.
That was a downside - no mirror, how was she gonna check how she looked? Guess she was gonna use B for that.
She leaned in closer, one hand rested on the dresser as she examined the mirror. Then the thought hit her; What did she look like with her game face? Scary? Ugly? Hot? 'OK, scrap the last one, looking hot with abnormal ridges and fangs was kinda a long shot. But then again, Buffy did fall for Angel - the thrill of dating a guy like that was definitely a factor in their relationship. Maybe she's into bondage? Whips and all. OK, stop! Don't think about this... images... leather, hand cuffs, naked skin... Buffy' Faith put her hand up to her face as the images flickered through her mind. She felt a rush of adrenaline and she felt aroused and excited. A strong pressure began to push at her forehead, she grunted and held her head. She felt her teeth changed and her mouth moved to get accustomed to the new shapes.
The pain in her stomach began to throb more insistently, she moaned and fell to her knees with a gentle bump. If she wasn't gonna get food, she wasn't gonna live very long. She held out her arms and studied them, there were no scars. All of her scars from the battles she'd fought were all gone. Vampire healing was much more effective then Slayer healing. She felt the pressure in her face go as her game-face receded. She took off her top and studied her stomach, the gun shot wound had now totally healed and the scars were gone. It was totally amazing.
A stabbing pain shot through her stomach, her eyes widened and her mouth dropped open in a silent scream of pain. "Fuck - oh god..." She barely noticed this time as her face changed again, it seemed as though it couldn't make up it's mind. Whether to be in game or not. Buffy walked in at that moment, she gasped as she saw a vampire Faith clutching onto her stomach in pain.
"Faith?" She whispered. "Oh my God... are you OK?"
"Hungry..." Faith groaned and looked up at Buffy, her yellow eyes staring at her under her ridges.
"That's probably since you've been a vampire you haven't eaten, which has been three - almost four days." Buffy said and thought about what she was going to do. She sat down beside the brunette. "Can you wait?"
"I guess I'll try." Faith grimaced, she tried not to stare at Buffy's neck, she could see her pulse jumping under the skin if she moved her head a certain way.
"What does it feel like? Yunno... being like this... in game?" Buffy asked, she stood up and sat on the bed, she patted the spot beside her.
"It's pressure, it makes me feel all excited and I get this rush of adrenaline and it feels good. When I'm not in game... I feel kinda empty. The pain is something else. Have you ever not eaten for two days running and you get a smell of something nice and you can feel your stomach cramping - almost asking for the food?" Faith sat down on the bed, trying to get rid of her fangs.
"When I ran away I was hungry a lot of the time, so I guess I know what you're talking about." Buffy nodded, studying the brunette.
"It feels three times worse than that. It's like... it's like it's eating up my insides... it's so painful." Faith glanced at the clock. "B, it's almost 12, you should get some sleep. You've got school in the morning."
"What are you gonna do?"
"Hang here I guess, I can't exactly leave and go for a game of pool, now can I?" Faith grinned.
"You look really pale, and you have dark circles under your eyes. Is that from the hunger?" Buffy asked, looking worried.
"Yeah, I guess. Vampires are really healthy creatures if they eat. I haven't eaten so I ain't so strong." Both girls looked at one another. Faith broke the stare. "Sleep."
"Will you lay with me?" Buffy asked as she stood up and walked to the wardrobe. Her voice was quiet and timid.
"Sure. Just as long as you don't snore." Faith joked, grinning.
"I don't." Buffy said, she started to take off her clothes. Faith turned around.
**
Faith watched Buffy's chest rise and fall evenly as she slept. It was hypnotic almost. The breaths coming in... then out again. It was nice to watch it. But it was hard not to stare at her neck... or her wrist wherever she could see a pulse. She sat up and swung her legs around the edge of the bed. She needed to clear her head, try and fight down the ever increasing hunger. She stood up and began to walk around the room, studying her books and CDs.
She walked by the mirror again and she felt freaked out by the fact she couldn't see her reflection. She opened the door to the room and quietly tip-toed down the stairs. She could see better in the dark too, everything was clear. Like her sight used to be in the day time, only clearer than that too. Thinking about it, she realised she was a hunter now, the reason why all these senses and stuff were heightened was so she could be able to hunt better. The thought scared her.
Walking into the kitchen, she sat down at the counter and picked up a cooking magazine from the corner of the counter. She flipped it open and flicked through it. After a few minutes of looking at a large steak covered in red sauce she threw it across the kitchen and sighed in frustration. 'Why me? Why the fuck is it me?' She groaned to herself and held her head in her hands. She began to cry for the first time as a vampire, the sobs wracked her body and she folded her arms on the counter and rested her head on them.
"Faith..?" Buffy's voice wavered into the kitchen.
"Go away B." Faith muttered, wiping her eyes with her jumper sleeve.
"What's wrong?" She sat down beside the brunette and stroked her hair.
"I can't dig this B, I feel like I'm a cold blooded killer and I just can't dig it." Faith sobbed, looking at Buffy with bloodshot eyes.
"Faith, you've never killed anyone. Why are you worrying about this?" Buffy looked around the kitchen and saw Joyce's cooking magazine on the ground, it was open on the picture of the steak.
"The temptation B, the temptation is always there and I don't how long I'm going to be able to fight it." Faith's voice began to shake as she spoke.
"Angel fought it? Didn't he?" Buffy cupped Faith's face and looked into her brown eyes.
"He had years of killing and maiming before hand; he got all the killing out of his system." Faith stared down at the table.
"He still has the need, Faith. He still wants to kill people. He fights it every day." There was a pause. "If he can do it, so can you."
"I'm trying B." Faith groaned. "But I'm still so hungry... " Faith glanced up at the clock on the wall. "B! It's four am! Get some sleep!"
"I've been asleep."
"Did I wake you?"
"No. I turned over and you weren't there so I went to find you." Buffy stood up. "Come on. Lets go to bed." She reached out for Faith's hand and she led her upstairs and to the room.
**
"Buffy!" Joyce knocked on the door and walked in. "School, dear!"
Buffy shot up in the bed, about to think up some good excuse as to why there was an undead Faith in her bed, but she realised the brunette had disappeared. "OK, Mom, I'll be down in a few minutes."
Joyce left the room.
"Faith?" Buffy hissed. Faith walked out of the corner of the room, avoiding the sun light.
"Right here B."
"I have to go to school." Buffy said regretfully. She began to get changed.
"I know. It's cool. I'll hang here." Faith shrugged, she really didn't seem to be too bothered.
"Now don't go all evil on me and decide to kill and maim the world while I'm gone." Buffy grinned. She pulled on a tight black tank top and beige trousers, she sat on the edge of her bed and pulled on her knee boots.
"Oh, I'll try not to. Yunno how hard it is and all..." Faith grinned back, sitting cross legged on a chair in the corner of Buffy's room.
"Good girl. See you later." Buffy winked and turned around towards the door. But not before twirling in front of the mirror.
"OK, and B?"
"Yeah?"
"Killer outfit, babe." Faith winked and Buffy smiled back.
**
She didn't realise how lonely she would feel while Buffy was gone. The fact that her smell was constantly around her and she couldn't do anything about it tore her up inside. She couldn't move very far without burning, which was exceedingly painful, she found out. Studying her hand, which an hour ago had been blistering and turned a horrible shade of red, was almost healed.
Another problem was the pain she felt in her stomach. It was a bitch. Really bad. At points she would have to shove her fist in her mouth to stop herself from screaming. It came in waves of pain. It wasn't constant but she knew that soon it would be. The thought was definitely not one she wanted to think about. Buffy had said something about extra training after school and then she would pop over to the hospital and see if she could get some blood. She wouldn't be home until 10 or so. Then she had to convince Joyce that she wanted to go to bed early.
She was in for a long wait.
**
She threw the stake with alarming strength, that was evident when the stake hit it's target and it exploded.
"OK?" Buffy asked, looking down at what was left of the wooden dummy. "Did I do good?"
Giles came out from behind the counter in the library. "Well, em... yes. Very strong. Impressive."
"Can I go now? I have to get some blood for Faith before she dies of the hunger."
"She still hasn't eaten?" Giles asked, alarmed.
"Eh... no." Buffy grabbed her bags.
"I'm surprised she hasn't collapsed already." Giles said. "Are you sure she's OK?"
"Well, she's weak. That's why I have to go now and get the blood." Buffy began to walk to the door. "Bye, I'll see you tomorrow for more training, right?"
"Right. Good bye." Giles followed her to the door, shaking his head.
**
Buffy walked up to her room. There was no blood deliveries tonight and she tried to break into the hospital but a security guard stopped her. He thought she was there for some kind of thrill factor. That grossed her out. But she went along with it anyway. He let her off with a warning, which was followed by 'kids nowadays, tsk tsk tsk.'
"Faith?" She whispered, pushing the door open. Her mouth dropped open in shock as she saw Faith in a crumpled heap on the floor. "Ohmigod! Are you OK?" She knelt down on the floor beside her and held her shoulders, holding her up.
"Nyeah... ah, B..." She mumbled incoherently.
Buffy stroked her hair away from her face. "Faith... you have to drink from me."
"No!" Faith shouted, pulling away from the startled blonde. "The hospital... what happened?"
"There was no delivery and I got caught trying to break into the hospital." Buffy moved closer to the brunette, until she had her pushed against the end of the bed. "You don't have a choice. You'll die if you don't. I'm not gonna let you die after all this effort to get you to live." She pulled off her tank top.
"B... Buffy, no please... don't make me do this. I can't. I have morals now! You know that!" Faith grinned weakly, trying not to stare at her now revealed skin.
"Faith. If you don't drink tonight you won't live to see tomorrow." She pulled her hair away from her neck. "See... don't you want it?"
"B! Please!" Faith tried to move away but Buffy was at the advantage. The brunette moved up onto the bed.
"Great! A bed, softer place to do this." Buffy grinned, crawling along the bed to a startled Faith.
"Buffy, c'mon stop... you don't want me to do this."
"Oh no, I do... I want you to bite me... how does that make you feel?" Faith was now pinned against the head of the bed. Buffy straddled her. Faith was fighting back the demon with all her strength. The blonde Slayer could sense this. "Faith, let it go..."
Faith could smell Buffy's arousal. She actually wanted this! Faith vamped, adrenaline rushed through her body. "You want this?" Buffy's breathing increased, a mixture of fear and excitement rushed through her. Faith smiled, baring her fangs.
"Do it!" Buffy cried.
Faith moved forward and slammed her teeth into Buffy's neck. The blonde cried out and clutched Faith closer to her. Her pussy was literally throbbing with need. Faith's hands moved across her stomach and up to her breasts, her nipples were rock hard and Buffy bucked her hips as Faith twisted her nipples.
The blood flowed freely down Faith's throat, it was the most euphoric feeling she'd had ever. It was hypnotic, the rhythm and the flow.
"Oh God..." Buffy groaned and fell back onto the bed, Faith moved on top of her, her mouth never leaving her neck. Faith continued to drink, the nagging feeling in the back of her mind telling not to take too much. Buffy began to rub against her, sighing as she did it then Faith pulled away suddenly, her face changed back.
"What?" Buffy gasped, still lying down on her back.
"I... whoa... God..." Faith licked her lips. She stood up and got off the bed. She began to pad around the room. The blonde sat up, watching her.
"What?"
"I feel better already... must be cause you're a Slayer. But I shouldn't have done that. I mean, you're... I dunno... I'm a vampire and I bit you... it was, well, pretty hot." Faith shook her head. "Man, B, that was wicked hot."
"Yeah..."
"Was it painful?" Faith raised an eyebrow.
The blonde's hand went up to her neck and she wiped away some traces of blood. "No, it made me feel so..."
"Horny?"
"Yeah." Buffy nodded, blushing slightly. "I wonder what Giles would say if he knew what I just let you do."
"He'd probably make you go to hospital or something to get you checked out. He never trusted me or liked me that guy." Faith shrugged. "Oh well, I don't really give a shit."
"So, you feel better?"
"Yeah, way better. Are you OK? Or are you dizzy or something?" Faith asked, genuinely concerned.
"Nah, feel a bit weak in the knees, but I don't think that you biting me was the only reason for that." A tense silence filled the room.
"So, um... wanna go out later?" Faith asked, shrugging.
"Sounds cool. Today is Friday night and all... I should really go out and do some serious Bronzing time." Buffy nodded, pulling on her tank top again.
"Sounds great... there's another club further in town. It's a bit wilder but if you stick with me we'll be fine. How bout we stick with the Bronze till it closes, then hit this other place?" Faith pulled off her shirt, the one she'd been wearing for the past three days. "I need clothes, d'ya mind?" She asked as she walked over to the wardrobe.
"No... go ahead. Dress hot so we can wow everyone in there." Buffy winked.
"I wouldn't dress any other way, B." Faith grinned as she opened the wardrobe.
"B, this place is dead!" Faith moaned, sitting at the round table and nursing her vodka and orange juice. "It's more dead then I am."
"It's not so bad... give it time to warm up."
"It's almost 1.30 am. It'll be closing soon. We should go to that other place I was telling you about." Faith knocked back the rest of her drink. "I know the bouncer, I saved him from a vampire attack a while back and ever since he let's me in to the club."
Buffy glanced around. The music was shit, some Smashing Pumpkin's wannabe band was playing some shit song. The people in the Bronze might as well have been dead. "OK. What's it called?"
"The Manx, or something. It's really dark and kinda dangerous, are you sure you wanna go?" Faith asked, her gaze flickered to the bruise on her neck. It looked like one helluva hickey. She wondered how Buffy was gonna explain that to Giles and the Scoobies. They all knew she had a vampire living in her room.
"It's time for me to do something totally out there, and I think I'm ready." Buffy nodded.
"Good, lets ditch this dump." Faith stood up and threw on her coat. Buffy did the same and they walked out of the club.
"Faith?" Buffy said as they were walking down the road.
"B?"
"Yunno, when you bit me..."
"Uh-huh." Faith looked at her out of the corner of her eye.
"Well it felt really good..." Buffy blushed and occupied herself with examining the end of her jacket, avoiding Faith's gaze.
"Oh, want me to do it again?" Faith's top lip curled slightly, her eyes sparkled.
"No! I mean... no, c'mon, Faith. I'm the Slayer, it goes against everything I have ever been taught." Buffy looked down at the sidewalk.
"Why'd you bring it up then?" Faith asked, still staring intently at the older girl.
"It... I just... I dunno. I guess I can't stop thinking about it." Buffy admitted.
Faith frowned and studied the blonde. She grabbed her shoulders and shoved her against the wall of an apartment building.
"Faith-" her cry was cut off by Faith's hand.
"Yunno B. I'd say you *really* enjoyed it." Faith whispered into her ear, flicking it with her tongue. Buffy began to struggle against the brunette using all her strength, her eyes widened in a mixture of shock and fright when she realised she wasn't able to push her away.
"Faith! Ohmigod, you're really strong." Buffy gasped, her knees buckled as Faith sucked the skin on her neck, trying to make a matching bruise on the other side of her neck without actually biting her. She could sense all the blood under the skin, pulsing... flowing... beating rapidly, sounding like a drum.
She pulled away. "What do you mean?"
"I mean, you're stronger then me... even when you were just a Slayer I was stronger... but now..." Buffy looked at Faith with a fear in her eyes. "I can't beat you."
"Hey B, c'mon it ain't that much of a biggie." Faith let go of Buffy's arms and stepped back.
"I just don't like being weaker, I know that sounds dumb and all, but... "
"B come on! It's me!! What the fuck do you think I'm gonna do to you? I'll never do anything to you if you don't want me to. OK?"
Buffy nodded, a feeling of insecurity ran through her.
*
Faith moved her body with the music, gyrating her hips to the beat. Her hands ran through her hair, she was feeling like pure sex. The guys in the club knew it, they bumped off her trying to get in on her. She would flash them a smile and push them away with a quick movement of her arm that would send them flying across the room. Besides she would rather dance with Buffy then dance with them, and right now she was dancing as close as she could to the blonde.
She could tell she wasn't wearing a bra and her nipples were hard. She kept getting slight whiffs of a smell, which was pure B. Some fuck bumped into B and sent her stumbling in Faith's direction. Faith had been unaware until she landed up against her, her hands landing on Faith's hips. She mumbled an apology and began to pull away. Faith's hands landed on her back and she stopped her.
"Stay." She whispered into her ear. The music changed from rock song to a slow one. The band on the stage was really good tonight.
"OK people, thought we'd slow it down a bit for all you hot lovers out there."
A nice melodic guitar started up, followed by a gentle drumbeat.
-I can't breath, I can't sleep -
-Why does my heart bleed? -
-Won't you stay? Please stay, -
-Tell me you'll be with me -
Faith wrapped her arms around the blonde's neck, staring deeply into her eyes. She could feel men's eyes on them, wondering if they were gonna put on a nice show for them before the end of the night. If Faith could have it her way they would.
-I can't find my way out of here -
-I'm lost and found in one frontier -
Buffy sighed and moved closer to Faith. She had never fallen so much for someone, apart from Angel. But that was then, this was now. It seemed as though she had a thing for vampires.
"Hey B?" Faith's voice whispered into her ear.
"Yeah?" Buffy looked up at her.
"Can I... yunno... still, um... use the downstairs equipment without turning bad girl?" Faith blushed slightly, she didn't know why that hadn't crossed her mind earlier.
"I'm not sure... I mean Willow didn't say anything about you not being able to. I guess the only way to find out is-" Buffy flushed crimson as the realisation of what she said hit her.
Faith smirked. "Or ask Willow."
-I've come to the edge, dwelling on the past -
-Wondering why you think this will last -
-I'm braking, I'm broken -
-I'm losing -
-Oh... why can't I stay? -
Buffy nodded and pushed herself closer to Faith. They seemed to fit so well together, so easily they moulded, almost. Faith's hands trailed up and down the blonde's spine, feeling her even breath against her neck quicken slightly. Faith could sense a mixture of fear and anticipation running through the other girl.
-Falling from you, falling so hard -
-And I ca-a-a-a-n't understand -
-Do you really need me? -
-Do you love the one I am? -
Faith's hands rounded to her sides, moving in at her waist and moving out at the slight curve of her hips. The brunette buried her head in Buffy's neck, she kissed it gently feeling the life pump under the skin. Buffy was breathing hard now, the smell of her arousal reached Faith's nose. She pulled away and kissed up to her ear, she nipped her earlobe gently.
-I can't find my way out of here -
-I'm lost and found in one frontier -
"B, you want me to...?" She left the question hanging.
The was a pause, Faith wondered if she should ready herself for a punch or something. "OK, only softly and gently." She whispered back.
-I've come to the edge, dwelling on my past -
-Wondering how you could think this will last -
-I'm seething, I'm breathing -
-I'm losing -
Faith moved back down to her neck again, burying her face in her long strands of hair. She heard Buffy moan as she scraped her teeth over her skin lightly, her face vamped and she gently pushed her fangs into her neck. Buffy's knees buckled and she gasped, holding Faith's head closer to her. It was a sensation, which was too much, and not enough at the same time.
-I can't, can't find my way out of here -
-I'm lost, lost and found in one frontier -
Faith moaned, feeling the life ebb into her mouth. It was amazing, an experience she couldn't compare to anything ever. The fact that it was Buffy, it just made it more amazing, and the fact that Buffy was beginning to slowly push her hips against Faith's thigh... it was blowing her mind.
-I've come to the edge, dwelling on the past -
-Wondering how you could think this will last -
-I'm losing, my sanity -
Faith pulled away, feeling her face change back. She looked at Buffy.
-I'm losing.-
"I need to sit down." Buffy gasped, still breathing heavily. Faith's hand went up to her neck and she wiped some traces of blood away. Whoops, now she had two hickeys to deal with. Faith grinned to herself. She brought Buffy over to the bar, conscious of all the stares they were getting.
"Two Vodka's and orange juice, please." She tossed some money at the bar man. "B, I'm going to the bathroom to freshen up. Back in two." Buffy nodded mutely, still on high.
Faith walked over to the back of the club and was about to push the door for the ladies when she felt a hand on her arm. "So, you're the Slayer/Vampire." She turned around and came face to face with a small black shrimp of a guy.
"Who's calling?" Faith asked, slightly narked.
"No one in particular, I smell the Slayer's blood on you."
"And I smell shit off you, look is this going anywhere?" Faith put her hands on her hips.
"You wanna watch your back. You're not very popular with the undead population. As a matter of fact some of them are out to kill you, cause you're on the Slayer's side. I'm just a friend, OK?" He didn't give her a chance to reply, he turned his back and disappeared into the dark club. She made to go after him, but decided to leave it. She pushed open the door and walked into the bathroom.
The first thing that hit her was the smell of sex, God damn, it clouded her head. She could hear two women moaning in the end stall, they were muttering obscenities and each other's names. She grinned at first, then she stopped and her eyes widened. Oh. My. God. The grin grew wider. She sat at the edge of the basins, waiting for the two women to finish. The mirror behind her held no reflection. She didn't have long to wait, one of the women began to wail, moan and cry out.
When it stopped, she heard them both breathing hard and a click as the lock on the door opened. Faith looked at the two figures stumbling out of the cubicle.
"Cordy, long time, babe." Faith smirked, watching as the brunette's head shot up in her direction. "So, you don't drive stick anymore? The entire male population of Sunnydale will be heartbroken." She recognised the girl that Cordy was with, she couldn't put a name to her.
"Faith! What the hell are you doing here?" Cordelia exclaimed, horrified. Her partner stood looking defiant.
"Well, Queen C, I dunno whether you noticed but this *is* my type of club. Yunno, the smell of sweat, the music, the whole... *skankiness.*" Faith smirked again. "So, is this a one off?" She asked, nodding in the direction of her partner.
"No way! This isn't even a first time." Her partner replied, still looking all pissed. "It's like... I dunno... our hundredth."
Faith bit back laughing, she nodded. "OK, I'm going back out so I guess I'll see you both later." She walked by them, sliding purposely close to Cordelia, her hand slipped in between her legs. The other girl gasped. Her partner lunged at Faith.
"Harmony! No!"
Faith stuck out her hand and clutched onto her neck. "Nu-uh, I wouldn't do that if I were you." Faith hissed, glaring at her. Harmony's hands went to Faith's, she tried to pry them off her as she choked and wheezed. Faith let go and walked out of the room.
The brunette grinned to herself as she walked over to the bar, Buffy was there with some other girl. What was it with all the gay girls in this club? Whoa... hang on. The girl had her hand up Buffy's skirt. Buffy had her head on the girls shoulder, the girl's mouth was fixed to her neck. Faith walked slowly over and sat on the chair beside them, the bar man couldn't stop staring at the hand between Buffy's legs.
Then Faith realised that both of the drinks were gone, had Buffy drunk both of them? Surely she hadn't been gone for that long, had she? She looked back at the other girl. A sense of excitement ran over her, it was a vampire. She growled and Faith watched as her face vamped. The brunette stood up and grabbed the hair of the vampire. She pulled her away from an extremely out of it Buffy.
"Hey, bitch, what the fuck do you think you're doing to my girl?" Faith growled. The yellow eyes of the vampire widened in surprise and realisation. 'She knows who I am, every demon does... they've been warned...' Faith frowned as a feeling of anger and desperation rushed through her. She picked up a chair with her free hand and smashed it against the wall. She held on to the leg and shoved it into the chest of the vampire. She watched with a feeling of satisfaction as she burst into dust.
She looked over at B, the bar man gave her another drink. She strolled over to her.
"B! What the fuck happened? You were almost turned into vampire chow!" Faith shouted at her, her demon was about to rise in anger.
"I though it was you. She sat behind me and told me not to turn around. I'm sorry, baby... I should've known better." Buffy moaned. Faith glanced at her watch. It was 3.30am. Enough fun for one night.
"It's OK, B. You're such a light weight, y'know? Lets go home, it's late." Faith wrapped her arm around her waist and guided her to the door.
"What do you mean? I'm not light."
"No, I mean it doesn't take much to get you drunk." Faith mumbled as she guided them out the door and down the road, back home.
"Oh." Buffy giggled.
*
"Faith?" Buffy called from her bed.
"Mm-hm?" Faith brushed her teeth in the bathroom.
"Will you sleep with me tonight? I don't want to be alone." She whispered, still totally out of it.
Faith walked out of the bathroom, she was wearing her bedtime attire. "Sure thing babe. I'll be gone by the time your Mom comes in."
Buffy nodded as Faith slipped into the bed. "I was thinking about telling her that you're alive, but I'm not sure how she would deal with it."
Faith curled up beside the blonde. Buffy rested her head on Faith's chest. "Maybe you should leave it B, I don't think she would handle it very well."
"Mmm, maybe you're right." Buffy mumbled her voice drifting off.
Faith leaned over and turned off the light, she moved herself closer to the blonde.
"Hey B, y'know when the other vampire was there and you thought she was me?" She whispered softly into her ear.
"Yeah?"
"You let her touch you." Faith let one of her hands rest on Buffy's stomach. A tense silence filled the room, maybe she should just put her foot in her mouth, and it might make life easier for all concerned. "Sorry B, I was just-"
"It's OK, maybe we should talk about this some other time. I'm tired and my head is away somewhere else and I can't think straight at the moment. It's not the best time to ask me questions which I need to use my brain for." Buffy laughed softly and cuddled closer to the brunette.
"Sure thing, babe. Good night."
"Night."
Faith watched her as she slept, the moonlight catching her features and making her beauty stand out. Why did she feel this way about her? Why couldn't she just like her? And not spend every single fucking moment thinking about her. Every minute that she isn't with her is spent dwelling on her, loving her, needing her. God was this much pain worth it?
She looked down at Buffy's peaceful form.
Definitely.
When Faith awoke, she noticed two things: Buffy was almost lying on top of her and she was in game face. She began to panic. Why the hell was she in game?! If B woke up, she was gonna be dust. Then she smelt it, and realised what it was. She jumped out of the bed, throwing herself across the room. She stumbled over her shoes and fell with a bump to the floor.
Buffy groaned and opened her eyes. She looked at Faith sitting on the floor with her game face. "What?! What is it?!"
"Uh, you... um... " Faith struggled with her game face, trying to get it to go away. Now she knew what men must have to go through. "You kinda have your... um... monthly friend." She could still smell it; it would probably be best to stay away from Buffy for a couple of days.
Buffy blushed. "Oh... excuse me for a sec." She climbed out of bed and gingerly walked over to the bathroom.
Faith sat on the floor; she shook her head and buried her face in her hands. Buffy walked out of the bathroom.
"Faith? You OK?" Buffy asked, sitting down on the bed.
"Yeah, I'm cool. I'm just y'know, still dealing with this whole vampire deal." Faith sighed. "It's kinda hard to get used to."
"Faith, don't forget it's only been about a week since you... y'know, changed. I mean, you're still dealing." Buffy tried to calm the other girl. "I understand how you must feel."
Faith stared up at her, her face had finally changed back. "You understand?!" she gave a short laugh. "No fucking way B, do you have any idea what I was thinking before you woke up? Do you have any idea why I shot out of the bed as quick as I could when I woke? It's too disgusting for you to even imagine, but to me... fuck, it's what I want."
Buffy's eyes widened as she realised what she was talking about. She wanted to... whoa, that's definitely different, to say the least.
"I'm a fucking monster, a demon. The kind of stuff that you scare your kids with." Faiths stood up, she held her arms out. "Well, here I am. All big and scary."
Buffy began to laugh, she fell back on the bed holding her sides and laughing continuously.
"What?!" Faith cried out, angry.
"It's just... you don't look anything like a scary beast. I mean, look at you! You're in your pajamas, your hair is a cute mess around your face which by the way is not scary by any means. You're the least looking scary person I know." Buffy thought about that for a second. "Well, apart from Wills."
Faith pouted. Buffy laughed again.
"You know that you shouldn't really trust me, I shouldn't even hang around you for the next few days." Faith mumbled, sitting back down on the floor.
"Why not? Angel could control himself, he didn't seem to care that much."
"Oh no, he cared. He's just more able to deal with it then I am. I guess its cause he's older. But B, you don't know how much it affects me. I can smell you; I'm still fighting back my game face. It's almost like... you're in heat, or something." Faith twirled with a piece of her hair. She sighed and shook her head, her hair falling about in front of her face. "How's your neck?"
Buffy studied the younger girl; there was a pause before she answered. "It's not sore." She pulled back her hair, revealing her neck. "Is there a mark?"
Faith looked up, she swallowed hard. "I can't see one."
"Maybe you need to come closer." Buffy patted the space beside her on the bed.
Faith grimaced. "B! Come on! What the hell are you trying to do to me? Do you want me to drain you?"
"No Faith, it's just... the feeling I get when you bite me... it's like no other, I can't explain it." Buffy sighed and flopped back on the bed. "It's not enough and too much at one time."
"I know B, but trust me no one will like me when you're dead, and it might have something to do with the fact that I would be the cause of your death." Faith snorted. She stood up and walked over to the bed, she sat down at the edge, careful not to move to close to the blonde.
"Last night was weird. I can't remember much, only that person near the end who was touching me." Buffy blushed. "I thought it was you, Faith. I had no idea it was some one else. I know I should've known but I was too far-gone to listen to my senses. She just sat behind me." She grinned at Faith. "She goes 'Stay still... don't move.' I thought it was you fucking me around, then her hands began to wander."
Faith nodded, looking down at Buffy, she began to stroke her hair. "You thought it was me, you wouldn't mind if I touched you." Faith said in a hushed voice. Buffy looked up at her, she smiled.
"BUFFY?! YOU UP?" Joyce called from the bottom of the stairs.
Faith and Buffy stared at one another, the brunette pulled away. "Shit!" She hissed. She jumped off the bed and dived into the wardrobe, Buffy slammed the doors shut behind her. Joyce walked into the room. "Buffy dear, you still have the curtains pulled."
"Yeah, I didn't get around to pulling them." Joyce walked over to pull them. "Mom, stop OK? I'll do it later. I wanna get dressed first."
"OK, breakfast will be ready in about 15 minutes, so make sure you're down by then." Joyce turned around and walked out of the room.
Buffy gave a sigh of relief and walked over to the wardrobe and swung open the doors. "Sorry 'bout that. You know my Mom."
Faith pushed some of Buffy's skirts out of the way, she came out of the wardrobe with one dress on a hanger. "Yo, B, wouldn't mind seein' you in this." She drawled, giving a half smile. She held up a black strapless skirt with long slits up the side of each leg. The skirt would only go up to just below her ass, then with the slits... you would have to wear no underwear or a very thin thong.
Buffy grinned, blushing slightly. She grabbed the skirt away from her. She hung it back up in the wardrobe. "I don't think so, can you imagine me in that?"
Faith raised her eyebrows, images of Buffy wearing the skirt flickered in her mind. "Yeah, vividly."
Buffy spun around, her hands on hips.
"BUFFY! BREAKFAST!"
Faith shook her head, disturbed... AGAIN. She nodded towards the door.
"Go, B. Go before she bursts a blood vein."
Buffy shot her a sexy smile then left the room. Faith jumped onto the bed and buried her face in the sheets, breathing in scents of the Slayer. How the HELL was she going to control herself?? This predicament had never even crossed her mind. She had no idea how she was going to get through the day, she'd just have to convince Buffy to go out of the house and do shopping and stuff. But even then, she didn't really want her to go.
God, why couldn't she make up her fucking mind?
Faith was lying on her back on Buffy's bed. She stared at the ceiling, thinking. It was too much for her to imagine that what she was thinking about could actually be true. She hasn't known Buffy for long enough to even think that, yet why the hell did she rule every fucking thought? Every fucking thing reminded her in some round about way of B. And sitting in her room surrounded by her constant smell... especially at her time of the month. Every single smell and scent was magnified.
She couldn't turn around without getting a smell of her. Moving off her bed would probably solve the problem, but hey, at the moment she liked it here. It's not like she had anywhere else to go, where else could she hang? Reds? No way, she'd freak. She'd sit up all night because she'd think I would bite (rape) her or something. Xander... no, no, no... Too weird to even imagine. Actually Cordelia probably wouldn't mind too much, after all she now knew the two most popular people's secrets. Plus Cordy would probably want a bit of action.
But she didn't want to leave B; she knew B wouldn't be happy if she left. She might never admit to it, but Faith knew she would feel it. Anyway back to the main point, how she was feeling at the moment. When Buffy would leave for school every morning and Faith was left in the house on her own she would dive into her bed and wrap herself around the covers, just breathing in her scent. She would feel a rush of excitement through her body and she would be so happy. Like she was smoking pot, her head would get light and her muscles would all relax. It would feel great.
It was like Buffy was her daily fix. Her class one drug which would eventually kill her.
The fact that what she might actually be feeling like this towards Buffy was beyond her comprehension, it was the big 'L' word that she was feeling and it scared her to think about it.
"Faith?" Buffy whispered as she walked into the room. "You OK? What are you doing?"
"Plotting to open the hellmouth, wanna help me? It'd be a great twist; Slayer and Vampire destroy the world. No one would see that one coming." Faith grinned.
"Yunno something? I think that's one of the most brilliant plans I've ever heard, I'm not up for it, but it's brilliant!" Buffy grinned and sat on the bed beside her.
"Mastermind, what can I say?" Faith grinned again and then burst out laughing. "It would actually be excellent, but I would never gather up the nerve to do it."
"Guess what?" Buffy looked at her intently.
"What?" Faith asked slowly, not too sure if what she was going to tell her was going to be a good thing or not.
"My mom is going out of town for a few days."
"Few days?"
"Week." Buffy smiled at Faith.
"How cool is that?!" Faith said excitedly.
"I know. I can stay out all night with you, and you can move around the whole house instead of hiding in my room." Buffy jumped up.
"When she going?"
"In, like, an hour."
"What say we get all the Scoobs and hit the Bronze? Then we come back here and sit up the whole night chatting. Sound good?" Faith sat up on Buffy's bed.
"Sounds great."
*
Buffy and Faith walked into the club, walking easily and confidently. They linked arms and walked over to where Xander and Willow were sitting.
"Guys." Faith said, sliding down into the booth. Buffy slid in beside her.
"Hey Faith, how's it going?" Xander asked, trying not to ogle at their low tops and tight clothes.
"I'm cool, yunno enjoying hiding at B's, and this dead thing is really starting to grow on me." Faith cracked, the corner of her mouth curling upwards. "Only the annoying thing about having to ask permission to get into someone's house. It's so fucking annoying."
"Well, Faith, you're welcome to come into my house just as long as you're not gonna eat me." Willow grinned. Buffy beamed at her. It seemed as though Willow was taking a shine to Faith.
"Cool Red." Faith glanced at Xander. "What? You not gonna invite me into your humble home?"
"No." Xander frowned at Faith. "Why should I?"
"How's C?" Faith asked with a big grin on her face.
"Oh yunno, the usual 'drop dead when I'm with company' attitude." Xander looked down at the table.
"Oh, maybe she's finally realised how much of a loser you are. Don't take it personally, its just most girls realise that about you after a bit of a time." Faith grinned at Xander's angry expression. "Who's she with? The blonde one?"
"Harmony?"
"Yeah."
"I think so, they're usually attached at the hip." Xander muttered, "Maybe she'll come over in a minute and ask me to dance."
"Fat chance." Faith whispered to Buffy. Buffy giggled.
"Well, you know that Cordelia likes you at least a little bit." Willow tried to comfort him.
"I'm beginning to doubt that now, she's been ignoring me recently."
"Didn't she do that anyway?" Faith asked.
"Yeah, but she's doing it more." Xander sighed. "I don't know what I've done. I kinda miss her."
Faith rolled her eyes. "Sorry for you, so who wants to dance?"
"Me." Buffy and Willow answered at the same time.
"Come on then, lets get it on!" Faith pushed Buffy out of the booth and jumped out after her. She took Willow's hand and pulled her up. "Xander?"
"Well, since everyone else is going... I can't leave all you ladies on your own." Xander gave Faith a goofy smile and got out.
Red led the way to the floor, Buffy followed behind and Faith behind her. Faith's hands landed gently on her hips. She traced her fingers in small circles on her stomach and waist. Buffy turned around and linked her fingers with Faiths. Faith pulled her towards her own body, smiling. She dropped their arms down by Buffy's legs, her fingers brushing off her legs gently. The smallest touch sent shivers up and down her body.
Willow and Xander began to dance together, keeping one eye on Faith and Buffy. How could they act like this? It was so unlike Buffy!
*
Cordelia walked on to the floor, followed by her usual sheep. She looked over and saw Faith and Buffy together. She frowned, Buffy with... no way... that meant... was Buffy gay? She walked over to Faith and grabbed her arm, pulling her away from the startled blonde.
"What the-?"
"Shut up! I want a word with you!" Cordelia cut her off. She held on to her arm and pulled her across the floor and up to the toilets. She pushed her through the door to the ladies. She glared once at the preppies in there and they scuttled out.
"C, what the fuck are you-"
She was silenced by Cordelia's mouth, her tongue roughly pushed in, seeking Faith's. Admitted, it felt great. It made her feel hot in all the right places. But it wasn't what she yearned for. Cordelia's hands moved up her stomach and brushed over her nipples. Faith pushed her away, sending her stumbling against the wall.
"C! What the fuck?" Faith shouted. "I don't like you, girl!"
Cordelia's face fell. "Why not?"
"Cause you're not my type. Sorry Queen C, but at the moment I'm going for Buffy." Faith admitted as she walked out past the upset looking brunette, a huge grin broke out on her face as she walked down the steps, and back over to the dance floor.
*
"Buffy?" Willow asked as the blonde watched Cordelia grab Faith and haul her up the stairs.
"Hey Wills. What's up?"
"What's up with you, Buffy?" Willow looked concerned.
"Nothing, why?" Buffy's eyes followed them into the ladies.
"Buffy! Will you look at me?!" Willow cried, Buffy looked down at the distressed red head.
"Wills, calm down. What's wrong?"
"You are! What's the hell is going on with you? When you're around Faith you act like a rabbit in heat or something. You can't keep your hands off of her!" Willow looked really upset; it hurt Buffy to see her friend like this. "If you were gay, you could have at least told me." She added in a hushed tone.
"Sorry Willow, I'm not gay... where on earth did you get that idea?"
"Oh, Buffy, come on, don't think I'm stupid. You're all over Faith." Willow guided them over to the bar, while Xander had gone off to some other guys.
Buffy sighed. "I've never felt like this around anyone else. I think she could feel the same way, Wills. But I don't know for sure. How could I?"
Willow leant over and took her best friend into a hug. "It's OK, Buffy, you'll figure it out. You'll know what to do. You always do. Here she is."
Buffy pulled back. "Hey."
"Hey yourself!" Faith grinned. "Wanna split now?"
"No, one more dance." Buffy said, pouting slightly. Faith smiled back, losing herself in Buffy's stare.
"OK." Faith led her out onto the floor.
Willow watched them.
Yep. It was definitely a two-way thing.
*
Buffy pushed her key into the door. She stepped in and Faith followed her. They both hung their coats on the stand by the door and then they walked into the front room.
"That was fun, I guess. If you like the mellow-out scene. It was kinda dead though. We should have taken Willow and Xander to the Manx." Faith laughed and sat down on the sofa beside Buffy.
Buffy laughed and opened a packet of crisps that had been on the coffee table. "Yeah, Xander would have loved that place for sure."
Faith grinned. "What were you and Willow talking about? I caught my name as I was walking over to you."
Buffy pursed her lips. "Nothing much, just Willow's wild theories." There was a pause. "What did Cordelia want? She seemed pretty pissed off when she came back out of the toilets."
"Me."
"What?"
"She wanted me." There was another silence.
"Oh." Buffy felt a feeling of jealously run through her.
"I never told you, but when we were in The Manx I went to the toilet and I heard two girls laughing and eh... yunno... fucking in one of the cubicles. It was Cordy and Harmony."
"What?!" Buffy exclaimed, her eyes wide.
"Cordelia was fucking Harmony." Faith said again. "Then she came out and saw me and well, ever since then she's kinda realised that I'm-" Faith stopped, realising she'd never come out and told Buffy that she was bisexual... maybe gay. Sure, thinking back she thought about the first time she bit her, her hands had gone on a little exploration. The times in the club when she'd bitten her... maybe B already knew.
"What? That you're what?"
"Eh, y'know... "
"No, I don't!"
"Well, I'm not exactly a one-sider girl, B." Faith blushed looking down at the floor. She looked up at Buffy, still seeing the same confusion. She sighed. "B, I'm not straight, get it now?"
"You're not-" A look of realisation crossed her delicate features. "Oh."
"B! Come on! Don't tell me you didn't know! You're not exactly 'Little Miss Straight' yourself now, are you?" Faith stood up and began to walk around the room, glancing at the pictures of Buffy and her mother.
"I... what do you mean?" Buffy stood up, with her hands on her hips. Her eyes followed Faith around the room.
"'Bite me, Faith, please'" Faith said. "Remind you of anyone?"
"Faith, I never said I wasn't bi, it's just..." Buffy sighed and walked over to Faith. "I'm not publicly so..." Buffy licked her lips slowly and pushed her body against Faith's. The brunette began to breath hard, she could feel adrenaline course through her body and the pressure returned against her face. Buffy's hand landed on her stomach, she could feel the heat of her palm through her top.
"B, stop... ya gotta stop. This isn't a good thing. It's wrong, I can't." Buffy's hand began to trace circles on her stomach, moving up slowly.
"Why not?" Buffy whispered huskily.
Faith pushed her away, sending her stumbling backwards. "Coz I can't!" Faith cried and ran out of the house, slamming the door behind her.
Buffy flopped down onto the sofa, tears pouring down her face. She curled up on the chair and began to sob, each one wracking her body.
*
Willow turned off her light and moved around in her bed to get comfortable. She felt her eyelids grow heavy and she was just about to slip off into sleep when she heard something fall over in her room. She tensed, her whole body went stock still in fear. She reached under her pillow for the crucifix she usually kept there. Her hand wrapped around it and she bolted up in bed, holding it out at arms length. She heard some one cry out and she flicked on her lamp.
"Red!! Fucking hell!" Faith hissed, holding her arm tightly. Smoke was coming out from under her hand.
"Faith! I'm so sorry!" Willow cried, tossing the crucifix to one side. "Is it OK?"
"Yeah, it'll heal soon." Willow got out bed and went over to her. Faith flapped her hands away. "Stop fussing I'll be fine."
"I don't mean to be rude but... why are you here?" Willow asked, sitting up on her bed.
"I have a question. Can I still..." Faith sighed, "Y'know... have sex without turning evil?"
Willow paused, thinking. "I don't know. I'm so sorry, but I don't."
"What the hell am I gonna do?" Faith cried out.
"Shush!" Willow hissed, "you'll wake my mom."
"I can't have sex with B and then kill her!" Faith cried, then clamped a hand over her mouth. "Whoops. You didn't hear that! Right?"
Willow bit her lip. "No, I didn't."
"How can I find out? Without doing the sex thing?" Faith hissed, frustrated.
"There isn't another way." Willow said, frowning. "Unless you want to... em... ok, eh, do it here and I'll get the spell ready just in case you do... turn bad girl."
"I'm not getting B to come over here! She doesn't even know I'm here!"
"No, I don't mean that."
"Oh." Faith paused. "I'm not doing it with you Red."
"I don't mean that either!" Willow sighed. "For a vampire you're pretty dumb."
Faith paused and then a look of realisation crossed her face. "Oooh, I get ya now." Faith looked a Willow awkwardly. "I dunno Red, will that freak you out? I mean, will you have to watch me... erm, getting my rocks off?"
"I'll turn around." Willow said, beginning to regret the idea. "Besides, we all do it, right? There's no need to be ashamed of what the human body is capable of doing, right?"
"I guess, but I won't be able to... I won't feel comfortable." Faith blushed, feeling the heat burn her face.
"Oh! I have a spell... it'll make you... eh, y'know... without you actually having to do anything." Willow jumped up and went over to her chest beside the bed, she opened it and began to rummage through it. "Aha!" She held up a book. "Lay down on the bed and I'll do the spell, I have the other one right here." She reached over to the bookcase beside her bed and pulled out another book. It wasn't as big as the first one but it was more tattered. "I have this one ready just in case you do turn all evil and bad."
"What if I do turn evil? You'll be dead before you get the chance to do the spell to turn me un-evil." Faith sat on the bed.
Willow went back over to the chest. "Ok, I have handcuffs. Is that ok? Will they do?"
"They'll bide you some time." Faith admitted.
"Ok, lie back on the bed and hold onto the poles of the head board." Willow watched as Faith completed this. "Now I'm gonna put them on."
"Cool, just don't lose the keys." Faith watched her as she clicked them around her wrists. "Hey, you into bondage Red?" She grinned as Willow blushed. "I'll take that as a yes, why else would you have the cuffs?"
"Faith, shush. I'm trying to concentrate." Willow turned away from the brunette. She sat down on the floor and began to chant a few Latin words over and over. It was the same verse over and over again.
Faith felt heat begin to burn in her core, her mind became clouded over and she could feel her face begin to blush. "Bet it makes you all hot seeing me tied up, huh?" Faith's breath quickened and she moaned. "You wanna touch me, make me come because I can't stop you." Faith smiled to herself as she watched Willow's eyes dart over to her nervously. She continued the chant. "It's been so long since a woman has touched me there, since a woman has decided she wants to see me come." Faith felt a force press against her forehead and her gums. She whimpered and her hips began to thrust against an invisible hand.
"Red... please..." Faith's voice choked out. "I need it..." She could smell Willow's arousal, hear her breath unevenly inhale and exhale. Her voice was beginning to shake as she chanted. Faith began to cry out as her hips pushed against nothing, her breath was hard and forceful. Willow stood up, still chanting and sat at the edge of the bed. Faith looked at her with desire in her eyes. Willow's hand covered her pussy over her trousers. The brunette whimpered and thrust her hips against it.
"Imagine its Buffy doing this Faith... she wants you bad." Willow whispered as her hand began to rub in a steady rhythm over her sex. She exerted a hard pressure over her mound, feeling Faith's hips begin to pump madly against her.
"I want you Willow, on me... please..."
Willow's eyes widened. "I shouldn't really-"
"Fuck that! Willow, I need it..." Faith moaned, then sighed in relief as Willow climbed onto the bed and on top of her. Faith thrust up her hips as Willow lowered hers, Willow groaned from the contact.
"Red, oh God... did that spell work for you too? Push-yeah... oh shit..."
"Yeah... I thought I would be able to stop myself... but I couldn't. Oh... oh... harder Faith..." Willow had one leg over each side of Faith's hips; she pumped her pussy hard against the brunettes, feeling a gorgeous pressure burn inside her core. Her hands cupped Faith's breasts and she pulled her nipples, making the brunette cry out in ecstasy, her hips moved faster against Willow's.
Willow started up chanting again. They both knew she didn't need to, but it intensified the pleasure. Faith raised her hips off the bed, groaning as Willow pushed hers harder downwards, she circled her hips against Willows. She could feel a huge pressure grow in her core as Willow's chanting was reaching a crescendo. She was so fucking wet, she was surprised there wasn't a stain showing through her trousers. She knew Willow's wet patch was visible, she was bucking against her like a fucking rabbit in heat, her head tossed from side to side as she pushed her hips against Faith's.
Willow's mouth dropped open as she began to cum, the chanting stopped as a short cry left her throat, a fresh new smell of arousal hit Faith's nose and this time she couldn't hold her demon back as she also came, her hips bucking and pumping hard. Willow's hips gyrated against Faith's, the brunette growled lowly in her throat, Willow buried her head in the pillow; her neck was right at Faith's mouth.
"Red, move... I can't... I need..." She could sense the blood drumming under the skin. Willow sat up, the look on her face changed from arousal to fear when she saw Faith's face.
"Faith...? Are you?" Willow was still sitting astride her; Faith couldn't help but slowly begin to push her hips against the hackers.
"I'm still here Red." Faith gasped, "Still all me."
"Why are you all... ridgey?" Willow asked, still looking slightly afraid.
"I lost control, that's all. I'm cool though." Faith shifted. "Can you un-lock me now?" She pulled on the handcuffs.
"I dunno, I mean... how do I know if you're telling the truth or not?" Willow cocked her head to one side, looking at Faith closely.
"You don't." Faith sighed. "You just gotta trust me."
"Ok, if you are all mean, just remember, Buffy can kick your ass!" Willow reached over and unlocked the handcuffs. Faith sat up, Willow was still sitting astride her waist and looking at her face closely.
"Can I touch you?" Willow asked, raising one hand up.
"Sure." Faith smiled, revealing her long fangs. Willow's hands slowly traced the ridges in Faith's forehead.
"It's hard, it's bone... cool." Willowed mused. "I always thought it was just hard skin, or something."
Her fingers ran down over her cheek, she lifted up the brunettes lip. Willow's eyes widened as she ran her finger down the enamel, she pushed her finger against the tip, gasping as it pierced the skin of her finger. Faith grabbed her hand and pushed the finger into her mouth, she sucked the blood from it. She pushed Willow back against the bed, the hand dropped out of her mouth and she made her way up Willow's body.
"No! Faith! No!" Willow cried out as she felt Faith begin to kiss her neck. "Stop!"
The brunette sat up, looking startled as her game face disappeared. "Wills! God, I'm sorry! I didn't mean-"
"It's ok, Faith. Maybe you should go back to Buffy now, she's probably waiting for you." Willow stood up and began to clear up the evidence of all the spells.
"Are you sure you're ok?"
"Yeah, just... well, lets not mention this to Buffy. I don't want to lose her, and besides it was only a scientific experiment done in the interest of her safety. Right?" Her voice faltered on the last word.
"Right." Faith nodded. "I'm gonna go now."
"Sure, I'll see you tomorrow, or something." Willow slipped back into her bed, she watched as Faith stood by the window.
"Sounds cool. You could come over for lunch or something." Faith opened the window and began to slip out.
"Ok, bye."
"Bye."
Faith clambered up the tree, she pulled herself up and reached over to the window ledge. She pulled herself through the open window and landed on the floor with a loud bump. The first thing she noticed was the smell of pure Buffy, the rustling of her bed covers and her moaning. At first, Faith thought she was awake but when she looked closer she realised she was asleep.
"Mmmm, ohhhhh... I can't... OH... jeeze... " Buffy writhed on her bed, her eyes tightly shut, her own hands shoved under the covers. Her breath was coming in uneven, short gasps.
Faith knelt down beside her bed and began to whisper into her ear.
~ "Buffy... oh my ... fuck..." Faith gasped staring at the blonde girl who was stripped out naked in front of her. Buffy spread her legs; moisture glistened in between them. Faith moved to go over to her.
"No, stay... tell me what to do." Buffy whispered huskily. ~
She watched as Buffy arched her back, a gasp leaving her lips. Faith stroked her finger down Buffy's cheek.
~ After getting over her disappointment she watched as Buffy wantonly thrust her hips, moaning. "Touch yourself... slide two fingers in." Faith breathed hard. ~
Faith whispered into Buffy's ear. "Touch yourself... slide two fingers in." She watched as Buffy complied. She watched Buffy's hand slid down in between her legs, she parted her pussy lips and rimmed her finger around her slit. With a quick jab she thrust the finger the whole way in. She gasped in unison with Faith, her hips thrust more forcefully against her hand. Buffy threw back the covers in her sleep, baring herself to her room, her legs spread wide open.
~ "Flick your clit, hard..." She growled hoarsely into her ear. Buffy hadn't realised she'd come so close to her.
Buffy flicked her thumb over her clit, arching her back off the bed. Her mouth opened in a silent cry of pleasure.
"You didn't fuck yourself with two fingers." Faith moaned. "Two Buffy, use two fingers." ~
Faith moved down to the end of the bed so she could see what the blonde was doing, she could also see that she was *very* tight. She watched as Buffy slid her finger in slowly, she watched as her tight channel expanded and grew wetter, it contracted around her finger.
~ "Faith... I uh, don't think-"
"B, just do it." ~
Faith watched as she took out the finger and then continued to circle the opening with both fingers, slowly and gently she eased them both into her channel. She hissed quietly, her eyes clenched shut. Faith clenched her jaw; fighting the urge to just thrust her face into her pussy and eat her out, make her scream.
~ "Your clit, B... rub it hard with your other hand."
Buffy's other hand trailed down her body and she began to rub her clit in an anti-clockwise direction, she began to pant, her chest heaving up and down.
"Try three fingers..." Faith whispered, still watching everything.
"I can't Faith..." Buffy cried. "I'm gonna..." ~
Buffy cried out and bolted up in bed, she was breathing hard and her hair was plastered to her head with sweat. She realised two things; she was insanely horny and she had three fingers stuck up her cunt. Without thinking she fell back onto the bed and began to shove the fingers in and out of her pussy, she could feel her stomach muscles clenching with each thrust she made. Her lower body kept bucking upwards to meet her hand.
Faith scrambled unseen into a corner of the room where she could see Buffy but Buffy couldn't see her. She tried not to gasp or moan as she watched Buffy writhe under her own administrations.
She bucked her hips up against her hand, she was gasping, the heat becoming too much and continued to pump the fingers in and out. Her breath was coming in quick gasps as she continued to wrench her hips, the thumb and forefinger of her other hand pinched her clit. The little nub was so hard, she almost screamed from the sensations. She twisted it gently and her mouth dropped open, she gasped hard and pressed the three fingers against her inner walls at the same time.
Her whole body tensed and she cried out, bucking her body wildly. The orgasm seemed to be never ending, her walls continually pulsing around her fingers, her breath coming in short, sharp gasps. Finally she collapsed against the bed, took out her hand and fell asleep.
In the corner of the room Faith had been watching intently. Goddamn! That girl knew how to put on a show. Faith stood up, her legs shaking slightly from the desire she was feeling in her core. She knelt down by the bed and took Buffy's hand; she slowly sucked off her juices, her own hand running over her own pussy.
Faith sighed and climbed into the bed beside Buffy. She wrapped her arms around the smaller girl and held her tightly until she fell asleep.
*
Faith awoke to the feeling of someone running they're hands through her hair. Her eyes flickered open and she looked up at Buffy's smiling face.
"Morning sleepyhead." Buffy grinned. "What time did you get back last night?"
"About three or four, I can't remember." Faith admitted.
"Where did you go?" Buffy raised her eyebrows.
"Just walked around, nothing much really. I was thinking about stuff, clearing my head. Listen I'm really sorry about last night, I was so stupid to say-" She was cut off by Buffy's finger to her lips.
"Shush, it's cool." She smiled down at her for a few minutes. "When did you last feed?"
Faith blinked, slightly taken aback. "Um, in the Manx, with you."
"Have you only ever fed off me?" Buffy sounded surprised.
"Yeah... I guess I have to make a trip to the hospital delivery entrance soon, I'm beginning to feel all weak again." Faith stretched in the bed, feeling the tension give way in her back. "Maybe you should feed now." Buffy stared at her intently, studying her features. "B, hey... it's ok. I'm fine." "No. Drink. Now." Buffy pulled her hair away from her neck and moved her hand behind Faith's head. She bent down and pulled Faith's head up to her, so her mouth was at her neck. Faith clenched her jaw, she tried to pull away but realised she was really weak. "Faith, come on. Just bite me, please... I want it too... I need it too." Buffy whimpered.
Faith began to kiss her neck, scrape her teeth over her pulse. Buffy's hands travelled up her body, she pulled hard on her nipples. Faith vamped and bucked her lower body, her teeth pierced into her neck. "Oh." Buffy gasped, her hands left her breasts and held onto her head. Faith began to drink. "Yes..."
Buffy whimpered and gasped, holding Faith's head tighter to her all the time. Faith's hands wrapped around the blonde's body, pulling her closer and she drunk from her. Feeling the blood flow into her mouth. "Oh... oh... yes..."
"B-Buffy??"
Faith pulled her mouth away from Buffy's neck, looking up in shock at the startled redhead standing at the door to Buffy's bedroom.
"Willow!" Buffy jumped out of the bed, stumbling as a wave of dizziness hit her.
"What were you doing?!" Willow cried, looking at Faith with a disgusted look on her face.
"Studying her earrings?" Faith offered, looking sheepish.
"She needed to drink, Wills. She was weak." Buffy stood in front of her best friend, trying to make her understand.
"Ok, that I can understand." Buffy looked relieved. "But Buffy! You were enjoying it!"
Faith swung her legs over the edge of the bed. "Willow. It was my fault, I shouldn't have bitten her."
Willow's death stare swung from Buffy to Faith. "Why did you then?"
"I wanted her to." Buffy said, looking defiant.
"You... wanted it? You *wanted* it??" Willow's voice rose. "Buffy!! You are the Slayer!! You can't want something like this!" She gestured to Faith. "It's ludicrous!"
Faith shook her head, she tried to help her out, but no. Buffy didn't take it.
"Willow, you've never experienced it! You have no idea what it's like feeling her teeth slide into my neck, it's like it's relieving tension. It's better then sex. I know that doesn't make it any better but it's amazing."
Faith thought's flickered back to the previous night. Willow almost experienced it. Whether she had wanted to or not.
"Hang on." Faith shouted, making Buffy spin around and Willow's gaze went to her. "How the hell did you get in?"
"I have a key." Willow stated.
"Oh." Faith grinned. "Ok, carry on."
"Listen Wills, I can't condone my actions, I know that. I just want you not to hate me for doing something which I need at times." Buffy stepped forward and took Willow's hands into her own. "I wish you could understand."
"What I can't get over is the fact that you enjoy it." Willow whined, exasperated. "You're to spend your entire life fighting these bastards and now you have one to bite you when you feel like you *need* it."
"Wanna let Faith bite you and you'll see. She'll be gentle. I promise." Buffy searched Willow's eyes. The hacker's stare wandered over to Faith's questioning look.
"No." Willow sighed. "But I'll try to understand." She looked over at Faith's game face. "Buffy! She's a monster! She'll suck you dry and leave you for dead and won't care about you at all."
Faith felt like she'd been hit in the stomach. Why was Willow saying this? After last night, it didn't make sense!
"She's disgusting! How can you even consider to start some kind of relationship with her? Angel was bad enough, but Faith? As a vampire no less. You could do so much better and you know that."
"Will-"
"She's horrible, she's a monster, a killer a cold blooded killer."
Faith shook her head, feeling her demon go. She stood up and fled out of the room.
"Faith!" Buffy cried, running after her. She ran down the stairs. "Come back!" She searched the living room, kitchen, den and back out into the hall again. "Where are you? Faith! Please!"
Willow started to walk down the stairs.
"I think you've done enough, Willow. Leave my house, now. Before I kick you out, physically." Buffy glared at her with so much anger, Willow left as quick as she could.
Buffy ran into her Mom's room, then into her Mom's studio and bathroom. She ran back into her bedroom. She was gone! Where the hell had she gone? It didn't make sense. Reaching out her senses she realised Faith had left her house. Buffy looked outside the window. The sun was blinding. Buffy felt a feeling of despair in the pit of her stomach.
**
Faith moved her body with the music, pumping her hips and moving her arms like she had no control. She stared around the club, looking at possible victims. Preferably female and blonde. She walked over to the bar and ordered a JD and coke. The beat pounded through her body even as she sat at the bar, she was so angry. She hadn't felt this angry since... God... don't go back there. She sensed another presence and looked to her left.
Perfect match. A small cute blonde. Faith smiled at her. "Hey babe."
"Hi."
"What you having?" Faith's gaze flickered down to her low top.
"You." Hey, cut to the chase already. Faith leant forward and began to kiss her deeply, her tongue probing into her mouth. She tasted like vodka, she'd been drinking a lot of it. Faith pulled back.
"Wanna go somewhere a little less public?"
"Don't you like the thought of people watching us?" The blonde chick got up and straddled a surprised Faith, her hands travelling up her body and pulling roughly on her nipples.
"Yeah, but not right at the bar, that bar guy gives me the creeps." Faith stood up and carried the blonde with her, she walked them over to a secluded booth and sat down with the girl still straddling her. 'Thank God for short skirts,' Faith thought as her hand disappeared up her thigh, she groaned as she came in contact with very wet, and very warm flesh. Her kisses travelled down to her neck, she lingered at her pulse. She could feel the pressure against her face become more insistent.
Gently she eased two fingers into the girl's tight channel. God! She was so fucking tight! Her thumb grazed her clit and she heard the other girl moan loudly, her hips began to rock back and forth. The blonde bent down and kissed Faith's neck, she pushed her head back and bit her neck softly, sucking on it. A huge surge of arousal attacked Faith and her face vamped. She turned her head away, hoping her hair covered her face. She pushed a third finger into her pink flesh and blondie cried out, throwing her head back. Faith took this opportunity to duck her head in.
Her teeth pierced her neck, the girl's body tensed and she moaned deeply, feeling her body melt. Faith began to drink eagerly. She was a monster, everyone thought so. It was true, so she might as well act like one. Faith drove the three fingers in and out of her cunt, her thumb pressed down on her clit. The girl's hips jarred and bucked against her hand.
Then she smelt Buffy.
"Faith?!?!" Buffy's voice came from behind the blonde girl, but she didn't stop. She just kept breathing hard into Faith's ear, her hips still pumping and bucking wildly against her hand.
Buffy grabbed the blonde's hair and pulled her neck away from Faith's mouth. She screamed as Faith's fangs tore her skin, blood poured steadily from her neck. When she looked up at Faith she screamed louder. Faith took her hand out of her pussy and looked up at Buffy. Yep she'd seen it. There were loud cries from behind the bar. Oh shit... shit, shit, shit, shit. Faith stood up and began to run from them, grabbing Buffy's hand and pulling her with her. Buffy heard an explosion from behind them and the huge glass aquarium full of tropical fish cracked and the water blew from it.
There was another explosion that took off half the doorframe as they ran out onto the street. They kept running until they were sure no one was following them. Faith swirled around and glared at Buffy.
"What the fuck did you do that for??"
"You were going to kill that girl!"
"I'm a fucking monster B! It's what I do!!" Faith shook her head. "You made it worse, I tore the skin on her neck and that made her feel the pain."
"Faith!" Buffy screamed at her and shook her shoulders, she slapped her across the face. "You almost took a life! You almost killed her!" She slapped her across the face again, Faith just seemed to take it. She showed no emotion on her face at all. "What the fuck were you thinking?!" Buffy cried. "You have your soul, you shouldn't do stuff like that!" Buffy hit her. This time her face vamped and she pulled Buffy to her. She met no resistance and buried her teeth in her neck. Buffy's knees buckled and they collapsed to the ground, Faith still held Buffy to her, drinking steadily.
"Oh... ah, Fai-"
Faith growled and covered her mouth with her hand. She sunk her teeth in deeper, feeling Buffy begin to squirm under her. She drank greedily, the blonde's eyes flickered about in a drunken kind of panic. Her hand clutched onto Faith's upper arms, trying to push her away but her strength was failing rapidly. When Buffy finally did go limp, Faith dropped her to the ground and stood up. She looked down at her in disgust. She started to walk away, but fell to her knees and began to cry.
