Note: This is also a un-beta version. There's probably 1-2 more parts, then it's done. If anyone wants to put this on their web (which I'm praying that someone will) ask me and I'll send them a final edited version. In the meantime, enjoy!

[Los Angeles - Parking Lot Near East Compton High]

Buffy had been looking for Faith all night. Scanning down every street, every ally and every dark corner, she tried to find her. From the vary moment that Faith disappeared she couldn't stop kicking herself. She was angry, but not at Faith. She was mad because she didn't tell Faith just how much she meant to her. She did, instead, what she had always done. She let her go.

And here she was with another chance.

Buffy thought she had spotted Faith in an empty parking lot. She shook to clear her head, afraid that her eyes might be playing tricks on her.

"Faith!" She yelled, but the girl showed no response. She called out once more, and the girl turned to glace at her.

The moment she saw her face, Buffy knew that she would never let her go again. She rushed down, charging at her in full speed.

"Faith! You're not gonna run! Faith...listen to me, I'm not gonna let you leave me. I need you Faith..."

Missy was confused as she watched the blonde girl raced towards her. Her mind went blank for a brief second before she snapped to respond.

"What the hell??" Missy chocked out.

"Faith, you're coming with me right now. And we're gonna start things right this time." Buffy said once she stopped in front of Missy. She grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her forward.

"Hey lady, let go of me." Missy struggles to break free, but fails miserably.

Buffy saw the stunned look Missy gave her face when she dragged her a few steps further. She paused and wondered why Faith suddenly became so weak. Slayers were supposed to be strong, real strong.

"Look, I don't what you're talking about. And quit calling me that, I'm not faith."

"Oh really?" Buffy raised an eyebrow. "If you're not Faith then who are you huh? Tell me. Indulge me." She was getting angry with her. Buffy hated when Faith lies.

"I'm Missy and who the fuck are you?" Missy yelled, busting out in full rage. She didn't like it one bit when someone tired to mock her.

"Missy?? Missy?? What kind of a name is that anyway?" Buffy laughed as if the girl just told her a hilarious joke. "God Faith, it wouldn't hurt to be any less creative than that eh?"

"Excuse me! What the hell's going on here?" Torrance finally got out of the car. Walking hastily towards them she continued, "Who is she?"

"Faith, *who* is she??" Buffy questioned at the same time. It was almost as if Missy had dated both girls and was caught red-handed.

Torrance attempted to try and free Missy when she slammed her fist down on top of Buffy's, but she had no luck with that.

Buffy stared at the blonde girl. She could tell that this girl was willing to risk everything for Faith. It was then she felt a rush of jealousy coming over her body.

"Are you two involved??" Buffy asked. "So is that why you ran away? Because of her?" Her voice cracked a little. She wasn't able to hide all the pain she was feeling inside.

"That's none of your business." Torrance screamed, "Let go of her, you psycho!"

Then all of a sudden it became a blur to Torrance and she fell to the ground. Buffy had just backhanded her in the face. Torrance lay there weakly as she watched them disappeared into the dark ally.

[Los Angeles - Angel's Apartment]

"She's a cheerleader? Well that's a first. Has she gone completely insane?" Cordelia continued, "Oh and I'd suppose she gonna run around the room now and starts yelling `I'm sexy, I'm cute, I'm popular to boot..."

"Cordelia." Angel was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed at his chest.

"What? Did I say something wrong?"

Buffy ignored Cordelia's comments as she sat there on the couch with Missy's body stretched out across her lap. She glazed at down her, and reached to gently stroke the girl's hair.

Buffy had to knockout Missy halfway because she was screaming and yelling real loud. It would only be a matter of seconds before somebody called the cops on them and Buffy wasn't gonna let that happen.

The door swung opened and Wesley stepped in. He looked surprised when he saw Faith lying there. He thought the girl was gone for good, but as it turned out, Faith just kept coming back.

"Apparently psycho girl here says she's one of those girls who wear sassy outfits and flaps their pompoms." Cordelia said, trying to update Wesley with the latest info.

"You mean a Cheerleader?"

"Cordelia, that's enough." Angel stared at her.

"Fine, whatever! Just so you know, I work for you. It doesn't mean I have to listen to everything you say." And then Cordelia was quiet.

"So what now?" Wesley asked as he felt the awkward silence grew.

"Faith could be suffering from some form of amnesia. It's probably just temporarily?" Angel moved to look at Faith again. The girl was sleeping soundly.

"Then I guess it's probably a good idea for me take her home huh? You know, Sunnydale being more familiar to her and all. Maybe Giles knows what to do."

[Los Angeles - L.A. Police Department]

"NO!!! I can't wait! Stop it! Listen to me! This is an emergency okay?" Torrance came panicking down at the Police Station and grabbed the first policeman in sight. She had been so worried about Missy.

"How may I help you?" Kate walked towards the girl, trying to take control of the situation.

"Look, you've gotta help me." Torrance turned to her, "This crazy girl kidnapped my girlfriend. She kept calling her Faith and ..."

"Hold on a minute, what did you say?" Kate wasn't sure if she heard right the first time.

"Faith!! She called her faith..."

"Describe her to me."

"What? Who?"

"The kidnapper, the kidnapper." Kate said hastily.

"That girl was about 5'3, blonde hair, small framed body..." Torrance rambled on as she felt tears rolling down her cheeks. She was really having a break down right now.

Kate knew instantly that the blonde girl was Buffy. Kate had been trying to track down Faith for the past few days and she knew that Angel and Buffy had something to do with it.

"Okay, you gotta calm down. We'll deal with this right now okay?" Kate placed a reassuring hand on Torrance's shoulder. "I need to you give me your address and phone number so we can contact you."

"...Okay," Torrance sobbed. "It's 1223 Quinlan Street, San Diego..."

[Los Angeles - Somewhere In The Streets Of Downtown L.A]

Faith had been wondering through the night. She kept thinking about what Buffy said, and what happened there on the rooftop. She had no choice but to run. She needed to run, to get away from all this. She loved Buffy and there wasn't anything she could do about it. There was no way that Buffy would ever forgive her after all that she'd done to hurt her.

Faith saw a bus pulling to a stop beside her. She sighed and waited for the door to open. Faith took one last took around the city before she stepped onto the bus.

"Where does this go?" She asked, throwing some money down.

"San Diego."
